[TLUG] How to KILL this job?

Hi, friends,

   I want to KILL some job running on the machine.
   I have tried 'kill #PID' and 'kill -19 #PID'. But it doesn't work.
The job is still there.  How to KILL this ghost-like job, pleas...^_^?
