[TLUG] CLE page

Dear fellow users.  I am a new linux users.  I am looking forward to learn 
from all you experts in the list.

I am interested in finding out how to install CLE in my RH6.  But I can't 
access http://cle.linux.org.tw/CLE Please tell me why or where else I can 
find more info. on this subject.  All your help is greatly appreciated.
